You may not have seen catymag's Post #3 about not running the *.exe, but instead you extract the the file using WinRar, you'll see a folder 'MapData' and in that you'll find the map gmapprom.img and other files. If you need 3D buidilngs and Jvc as well then the dual version in manojmat's Post #4 is the only one with both that i can see.
