I downloaded it again but have same problem and receive follow error when I want to extrac the file:

! C:\United Arab of Emirates.rar: CRC failed in United Arab of Emirates.img. The file is corrupt
! C:\United Arab of Emirates.rar: Unexpected end of archive

may I ask anyone to upload img file (not zip file)?

I have tried with Firefox and everything is ok.
