The difference is that the 1:50k map is only a rastermap whereas Topo Switzerland V3 contains 2 maps; a vector Topo map and a 1:25k rastermap.
So if you like rastermaps more and you are looking for the best map with the highest detail you should choose the V3 rastermap. It's a huge map (3,2Gb!)
