to get the TW to work, you have to register with them, it's not up on ESRI

Well, since Garmin Taiwan takes care of the distribution in Asia, there are these numbered links (India, Philippines, Indonesia).
The firmware update is also now from the Garmin Servers in Taiwan, so I was hoping that there is someone could provide the direct link for 1 file.
Frankly, I try to get a pattern of the filelinks, but currently busy in finding the link for the Philippines 2013.20 map (which is a pain in the a..)

I would be more than happy to assist you with this. Can you please check Settings>Map>Info on the device and see if the map version is 2013.20?
If your map is not the latest, you can update it on Garmin Thailand website
