A big thank you for this.
Is there maybe possibility for the small version CXNA 2014.10
Thanks
CityXplorer North America 2014.10 (all in one file FID 800)
With cityXplorer maps you can access all the information you need to get around the city you're visiting on foot or public transport .
If you're visiting a new city on holiday or business, a cityXplorer map downloaded to your nüvi helps you get around just like a local. The enhanced pedestrian mode gives you walking directions, including footpaths and shortcuts through parks, with landmarks indicated along the way. The public transport mode tells you where to catch trains, buses and tubes (where relevant) and how long it will take to reach your destination. cityXplorer public transport timetables ensure you arrive at the station on time and don't have to wait too long for your connection.
Spoiler: List of cities part NT
These cities are not included because they were not updated to 2014.10Spoiler: List cities part MMR

About 3d map
In this case CNA 3Dbuildings map must be the same CXNA map version. (FullCXNA-2014.10.img+FullCXNA-2014.10_3d.img)

Added SmallCXNA-2014.10 in post 1
1. Is there any 3d files for that version?
2. Why the sum of separate files of towns is much more than that file?
Note by catymag: please avoid double posting in different threads
1. If your unit is capable of displaying 3D buildings, they will show as pseudo 3D [2D 'shadowed' footprint outlines] in Pedestrian mode if you have the GMAP3D.IMG corresponding to CNNT NA 2014.10.
2. Because the separate files also contain the CN info for the city. With the 'small' combined cities CX it only has the MMR data and relies on you having the full CNNT NA or at least a short-cut map for the relevant area in which you are navigating.
The first post strongly implies that:
And catymag's Post #4 the GMAPTool log confirms it.CityXplorer North America 2014.10 (all in one file FID 800)
note by catymag: map part with FID 2920 is unlocked
Edit by Neil: Seeing Caty wisely added the above note, just to fully explain: Only the full original CX maps contain CN data which can be unlocked by running gimgunlock or another similar unlocker. However, unlockers can't unlock the MMR data [for Enhanced Pedestrian Mode use] because that requires an unlock code. Using the original FID with a JetMouse generated .unl code will not unlock the MMR for use in modern devices, to achieve that the FID must be changed, and both the full & small versions of these posted CXs have MMR FID of 800. In the full posted versions, the CN component is still the original FID but has been unlocked prior to posting. Following is a copy of the GMapTool details from an original [locked] CX of London England showing both CN & MMR with FID 2969, compare that to the GMapTool info of the combined full CX NA cities in post #4. In the combined NA maps, the CN components have been unlocked [no 'L' under 'prio'], and the MMR components have their FIDs changed to 800.
Now, here's the GMapTool info from the small CX for the combined NA cities. MMR FIDs all changed to 800 and no CN data at all [neither locked nor unlocked], because it relies totally on the corresponding CNNT being present in the unit.Code:Please Login or Register to see the links

Has anyone had a chance to try the Full CXNA 2014.10 version. I loaded it on my Nuvi 1350 and when I simulated pedestrian routes in several cities which have light rail (Denver), subway (New York City) or Rapid Transit (San Francisco), I was only given the choice of walking or in some cases public busses (so the MMR is activated). No routes offered other choices of public transport (trains etc.). I also loaded the FullCXEurope file and at least one simulation in Paris suggested the Metro. Has anyone else noticed this deficit in the NA program?
@woodbill
I've only tested the full CXNA 2014.10 with San Francisco, but it seems to function normally offering the expected options. Simulated route from centre of SF to SFO Domestic:
