It's a complete unlocker , it unlocks PC installations , IMGs and POIs.
Don't copy .unl and .gma files if you copy unlocked files in gps

To unlock GPI files, you can also use GPI Parser here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
However, ozboss already provided the unlocked GPI file in post #13.
