I tested Kenta2's map in Basecamp and in my 62.
All working fine
Here some screens of named trails in device:

You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
The RAR package in post #16 includes the SQL file 010-D0752-02.db
The SQL link from post #14 provides the SQL file 010-11288-03.db
Both these files are identical (MD5 checksum is d0a35bfcc88f655963b91c780d5b78dd)
Why are there two different files names for identical files?
Lifted from different model units maybe, with different map part numbers? Afaik, the .db file name always matches the map Part No. The map info shown in Post #1 has P/No. 010-11288-03 in the Header, macthing the .db file name from kenta2's post #16. What's the Part No. in the map from Rog's Post #14? The name of the .db file name should need to match the map part no for it to work.

Sorry Reg, i had the posts and part/file numbers reversed, lol. I should be asking you, not Roger, if your map Part Number is also 010-D0752.02 [Reg & Rog confusion...].

Routing Issue
As the previous version 2012 this map has still an issue with routing other than with activity Hiking or Biking. Allthough the map allows now search for street names down to house numbers it is not working for Cars or Motorcycles. If you try you will be randomly guided left or right around roundabouts (see circled spots below).
This Restriction is not mentioned in Garmin's advertisments...

Horses for courses [stating the obvious - Topo for the outdoors, CN for the city] ... but having said that i can't fathom why Garmin can't easily fix that problem or at least make a very prominent series of warnings not to rely on a routable topo for road navigation.
