Is there any chance to get ASR/SRX & db files for 3790?

Not looking too likely unfortunately. 37x0 was discontinued about the time when Garmin switched from Sensis to Navteq map data and 34x0 was released. The 37x0 specific G2S file posted is probably from either a 3750 or 3760 or maybe even a dezl 560 which use the other 37x0 files but don't use the ASR'1' files you are seeking. If you badly want to use ASR and have the .db file, put the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] on your 3790.
