I know that downloading 3 gb is a waste of time for ya ....but ..
1 - when a region map "come out" you'll find asap the link
2 - I presume you're searching for a NTU map ( we're not diviners ...) of course we don't know how kind of device you own
3 - But : -is only my opinion - ....why not a 2013.41 ? You'll find also the available JCV (and related files) ....
'cause at the moment it seems are n.a. JCV files and related for the 14.10 version.
