Note by catymag: you can compare files MD5 of posted gmap with manifest files MD5
@caty: That will work for other files but not for gmap files. The gmap files are compiled on your personal computer and have the current date/time in it. They all have different md5 Also unlocking will change the md5. But you can compare the md5 of the original individual subfiles.

I mean you can compare post n 1 gmap files with Garmin CNNAM manifest that is the source of map update.
    for example TYP file
    from manifest:
    SourceUrl>h t tp://downloadg.garmin.com/RMU/NA/2014_10/IMG/City Navigator North America NT 2014.10.gmap/I0000B68.TYP</SourceUrl>
<RelativeDLPath>/IMG/City Navigator North America NT 2014.10.gmap/</RelativeDLPath>
    <Size>1881</Size>
    <MD5>9bbb1af0c710c6bd221dfc2c5dc13174</MD5>
    from gmap from post n1:
    MD5: 9BBB1AF0C710C6BD221DFC2C5DC13174

You have to navigate to get to the good.
