    I had the same problem yesterday. I inserted the SD card and then copy return to nuvi.

    Differences between NT and NTU ....20131.40->2013.41 for IMG:

    NT 2013.40 = 2,83 GB (3.045.916.672 byte)
    NT 2013.41 = 2,83 GB (3.045.982.208 byte)

    NTU 2013.40 = 2,98 GB (3.201.892.352 byte)
    NTU 2013.41 = 2,98 GB (3.201.957.888 byte)

    Was anyone able to install the maps with the MapReverseConverter?
    It seems some files are not included in the gmap folder, like .mdx, .trf, xml, ... The converter doesn't recognize the map for processing.
    Yes I know I can use the gmap folder without conversion but I prefer the old fashion way to handle maps (MapSource and .img).

    You still can use the old fashioned way, Mapsource 6.16.3 recognizes also a gmap folder on your HD (but must be in the right location)
    For Win7 the path is "%programdata%\GARMIN\Maps"
    The mdx, trf and xml files are in the "root" folder of "City Navigator Europe (Unicode) NT 2013.41.gmap"
