I have tested JCV on nuvi 3490, and found some comments :
- It is landscape , and not portrait
- Has more details than before ( i.e. active signage & dim signage )
- appear for very short time ( some times you even do not get it )
I will prefer the portrait one with previous specifications.

I don't think you will find the ASR files (type 1 or 2) even in the official release of 2014.10 because afaik they haven't been included with previous versions of MENA.'Thanking Posts' are banned.
