City Navigator TYP Files usually contain those Large POI ICONS like Mc-Donalds, Shell, BP etc etc
You can use this file as a Base to Make your own custom changes to the Colors of roads, Thickness of roads, Colour of Polygons etc etc.
You will need a TYP editor, like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and a lot of patience.

i downloaded from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and the image size occured to be 3.186.611.464 only.
15.335.424 bytes were stolen!

Q: where is it possible to download the fullsize map from?

Your log is truncated and it is impossible view all files in it! But your have map what is made with Mapsource - Ms 1. May be it full! Mapsource compile routing subfile itself and it have a different size in opposite to webupdater version. And Mapsource do not use MD2 subfile it is about the difference in size - 15309385! I think you do not have problem with your map...

Yes....the file External Point Addressing (in the release 2013.40 is D3585040A.SID) is not released,in this version

Unfortunately I have not tried to install the nav.So do not know if I would leave the old file or I would have deleted it

You can use Bulgaria 2013.40 it is same...........
