Hello there guys

REALLY thanks for the post. My boss is traveling to italy and he asked me to put the italy maps on his gps, and hes traveling tomorrow!!!

hey guys!

i've some troubles with the voice commands on my 34xx. in principle is works, i can make it move to the map, or change volume and brightness, but i can't search for adresses or towns. my nüvi always says "this feature is not available in your country and your language".
is it possible that i have the wrong asr/srx files for my nüvi version? p!xeldealer mentioned something that 2011 and 1012 generation devices need differtent files..

can you tell me if i have the right files, od what else could be wrong?

Umh....the 34xx use (better and originally) NT(U) maps, no the NT

Here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] with the correct files ASR

quebec001 , sometime problem is the rar names
people put wrong name and in the end all comes with errors
and the host have some problems .. sometime rar havent crc errors, other time have
little file i mean 1 file havent errors
for now i upload in share-byte
i think hi is good too

if not .. and people have problem (low speed,some countries restrict) i will change it

i thought the differnces between ntu und nt are only the special characters?!
so the 34xx should be able to deal easly with the "old" nt map... (and the according asr files) or do i have an error in reasoning?

edit: yes, caty will wait for the new one for sure!

ASR search function is Known problem for some language and Garmin still didn't repair it.

34xx gets NTU map from Garmin and related NTU ASR, so you must use NTU map and NTU version ASR files.
NT ASR files cant work in 34xx.
NT map is for old Garmin units, all the new devices support and get NTU map and related NTU ASR files.
