We still do not have any official info about new Navicom maps.
This map have date and FID smaller than many already released maps. This map was compiled from source that dated by November of the last year (2012) and fully correspond to Roads of Russia 5.29 (5.29 is the latest version which was released).

I am afraid that Navicom have debt in the payment of devices and works or any violations of of partnership and license agreements. This follows from the following financial information:
1) There are unjustifiable investments in retail and as result destruction of sub-dealer network take place due to non-competitive price for sub-dealer.
2) It leads to increase in administrative costs and as result the mass dismissal of professional staff in connection with a reduction in salaries is occurred.
3) This inevitably leads to delays in the payment to suppliers but it also inevitably causes preventive action by the latters.
4) We have as a result this snowball the complete failure to fulfill obligations to the users of the products.

It was drunken joke the last Christmas regarding the crisis scenario But it may look very serious then this joke was born of the professional economist! Is Navicom near death?
