Have you got satellite signal ? Does your nuvi sees the map, is it in Maps list?

Yes, I see it correctly indicated in the map list, and selected.
It is a 1490T model.

It worked with 2013.20

I am using it indoor, so no satellite signal.
Still no problems when I select US map 2013.20.

Try to get satellites. Have you used it in the US recently?

Yes, I did and it worked correctly (same with EU 2013.20).
I tried it with satellites, the answer I get is: map data not available (sorry I wrote it wrong the first time).
I do not reach the screnn where I can input the name of the city or change country.
It works with other maps I currently have on 1490T.

After getting the satellites can you see the CNEU map on nuvi screen? If yes ,first make an hard reset clearing non vol (backup your data first) then try to pan CNEU map in simulation , put your position in the map, then retry to search.

Btw is always better to download original locked Mapsource, unlock it, build your map and send to your device to avoid any problem....as usual

Lets see if someone can give me an answer about which file do I need to my Nüvi 50LM.

Garmin City Navigator Europe NTU (Unicode) 2013.30 or City Navigator Europe NT 2013.30

Last time it work with City Navigator Europe NT 2013.21.

I really would once and for all to know which files work on my Nüvi 50LM.
So many options, mapsource locked, unlocked, unicode, files that end with 2013:21....

For series x0 work (fine!!) NT(U) mapset = CNNTU (Europe) 2013.30

Look for file JCV correct on serie x0 = D3589050A.JCV

Does it matters if is locked or unlocked?

As I understand I have to download those 14 files from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

After that try to find D3589050A.JCV somewhere.
