You can try not to use the .exe file directly. A better way is to extract (unzip) the .exe file. Upon expanding, you will set the complete list of necessary files, including Setup and .img files.

After doing the necessary unzip, the installation still have this problem during Verifying Process ===> Error code: Can't find the Unlock Record.

A not so direct way is, (after unzip the .exe file), copy the files: gmapprom.img folders <ASR> and <JCV> into the respective Garmin set 3790 folder.

I tried to disconnect the Internet during the Installation. But kept prompting me to connect to the Internet. Upon checking with Garmin webpage, it explains the the connection of the Internet is the Verify the set is still eligible to update the Garmin maps. Any workaround to this problem?

It could be you have not enough Postings (need at least 10).
