Garmin gets even more confusing:
In the Map Info menu on my nüvi 200 they call this map City Navigator Chile NT 2012.07 as well as 3.25...
On the splash screen, it is shown as 3.25.

2012.07 is correct: The Release Date
NT 3.25 is also correct: the official version
What appears to be incorrect is "Chile_4_5.img", but it is only the name of a map, it can be easily renamed...
