thanks again, by the way , do you have juntionview file (JVC) brazil for nuvi 40 ? it´s alway too hard to find it ( i had buy NUVI 40LM in USA , but i live in brazil , ever i paid/buy map for garmin site , i will not to receive juntion file .."Please note, these full-version maps DO NOT contain premium content such as Lane Assist and Junction View. These features only are available on the preloaded maps within your device or through a specific update for the mapping region of your device." so , if some has this file for nuvi 40 , please share, thank so much

I second the request for the Nuvi 40 junction view. While in the US (which is where I purchased my nuvi 40) I found the split-screen junction view very cool. But I didn't know it was a different file format.
Should have purchased another Nuvi 1300, which is the other GPS I have and the JCV always works for me...

No, it's different. 30/40/50 series uses a unique jcv file.
