Go to the map view. You will see a small arrow on the left hand side. Click on that and a popup bar appear. click "map_layer_setting".
Now turn on the first 3 rows. Favorite, Traffic data & Building.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I've to turn on 'Add 3-D Building' in map layers setting but it try to connect to the server to download some contents in Extras cart. But I've block the internet connection to prevent the authentication required and got the error like this. Do you have any idea?

I found the solution, just edit 'setting_defaults_plist'

<key>three_d_building</key>
<false/>

change to 'true'
