Hard to say. The best way to tell is for you to post a few examples (with screen shots if possible) then we can compare them to our copies. Please specify which version (official or Venus) you used.

I have sort of a similar problem. Downloaded and installed the 2011 version but only manage to see one city i.e Beijing. When I search for other cities they do not exist. Did I do something wrong?
