Why?
At nnm-club this file is referred to as copied from a 3490 device.

Moreover afair CN Russia NT 2013.20 for 3790 devices was equipped with D3305050A.JCV

/add: i've just discovered that there's no checksum file (.sum) corresponding to the D3527040A.JCV despite the latter was copied into the JCV directory on my 3790T. Now three files could be found there:
D3527040A.JCV
D3305050A.JCV
D3305050A.sum
All maps except CN Russia NT 2013.30 are disabled for at least 5 days but i really have observed two split screens while driving near Pulkovo (airport in St.-Petersburg) last Saturday.
I think this is rather strong evidence that D3305060A.JCV is proper file for 3790 devices (as well as D3527040A.JCV - for 3490's).
