Is your starting position in London when simulating?

Hi Catymag. Thanks for your reply and help. But the combined file posted by flyurescent does indeed have London - please see your report lines number 6,7 and 8 after Firenze. I have only the EU Dem file and some other Maps but not CNEU right now in my 3790 and I have only loaded the combined CityXplorer. I can see it in my Map list and also when I simulate in London I can see all the map details - no 3D buildings since I did not put it in the unit. So I know that there is London in the combined file. I can find Tower Bridge and also Leicester Square but when I try to route it only gives me walking and driving. I will try to download the single london file and see if it works.

Update:
I just replaced the combined map with just the London CityXplorer Map in post 1. To my disappointment the results are the same. No joy. I could not access EPM mode.

Unit: Nuvi 3790V SG/MY
Latest SW: version 3.30
Maps Loaded:
London CityXplorer 2013.20 - no 3D no JCV - unlocked with FID 800 using JMKG and using the Nuvi unit number not microsd card serial id no.
Malsingmaps 2012.10 - with 3D and JCV
City navigator Singapore/Malaysia 2012.20 3D and JCV

I have loaded the Marco Polo Europe Guide successfully.

Looks like I've hit a wall and I have no clue.
