question, if you want more 12 city, the version 2012.x is compatible with this version?

If you are asking can you use different cities of older full CXs (i.e. other than these 12 cities) together with the ones from Post #1 without conflict, the answer is yes because although the versions are different the mapping areas are not overlapping. Just don't have old and new versions of the same city. What you also need to keep in mind is that you should not select a different version CN to the CXs you have selected or there could be conflicts because the maps are then overlapping. It doesn't matter naturally if the CN & CX versions do match.

is not easy, i want use CN 2023.40 and this cx is 2013.20,

CX 2013.20 this is it compliantfor CN 2013.40 ? or probably some bug if i use, and if if I understand well, is more bad if i use cx 2012.20 mixed with cx 2013.20 for CN 2013.40 ?

Routable maps covering the same area ,enabled simultaneosly in nuvi ,can cause problems. It's enough you disable the one you dont use. Naturally you cant use the small 12 cities MMR map compilation from post n9.
