    Unfortunately I do't have Vista right now. As a variant: Try to install lates version of MapSourse, or BaseCamp better.
    My project [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - free gps maps for Garmin.

    from both programms I use the latest version and in basecamp I dont see the maps either.....is it possible one file is missing?

    You mean one of the xxxxxxxx.img? No, in this case you get just a "hole" in the map.
    Is map names listed in MapSourse?
