EDIT: BB gmap doesnt contains Additions folder probably.
In original installation it's inserted in gmap folder.

Can you check files in gmap folder? Which folders and files do you have inside?

An other problem, with the complete version is with sending to micro SD: no possibility to check routable option!
img file of 2012 version is 2,29 Gb of 2010 version (routable) 3,16 Gb

The problem should be solved now with the new and latest download links in post #3. I never save downloaded maps as RAR-files and I have over 2 TB of Garmin maps in my NAS. Something happened when WinRAR created the previous RAR-files but the latest ones seems OK.

With routing option it's the same like in City Navigator maps: it is automaticly active and can't be deactivated.

The difference in size between v2010 and v2012 is founded on two facts:
1. they removed pointless and hidden lines, textures and signs
2. some data has been outsourced to SQL database file
