Otherwise , look at your GarminDevice.xml in Garmin folder. In this file are shown all the files you can load in your gps and their paths
You have to navigate to get to the good.

I have on my Nuvi 14 .. City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2013.20 on an SD card and where can I place the file JCV ?
Can I put it in the unit or the SD card.?

You can copy in internal mem. in .System/JCV or in sd/Garmin/JCV
You have to navigate to get to the good.
