Well, there is this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which of course includes US airspace, but the info is 4 years old and maybe doesn't have the detail you're expecting. If you have a PPL or higher you'd be well aware to only use it in conjunction with current VTCs, WACs, ERCs etc which take precedence over it.
