No, i havent found it on downloaded files, maybe is for specific devices

City Navigator North America NT 2013.10 Mapsource UNLOCKED

Just run Mapsource.exe and create your map, NO installation needed, Mapsource will create a "garmin" folder on the Drive(C:\ D:\....) you choose with the map (gmapsupp.img) inside, this map is unlocked.

Or just copy "XXXX.GMAP" Folder in
(in XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps)
(in Vista, Windows 7 - C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps)
OR
(in Vista, Windows 7 - C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN)
where "USER" is your windows account
