All maps always have two improvement:
1) New regions (see in post #1).
2) New roads what was built in "old" regions. For Europe it is legion. My a very humble experience is in confirmation of this!

The link CNE_13.10_MS.part12.rar can not finish download with jdownloader. I downloaded all the rest of the links perfectly but the latter lost the connection constantly and I can not finish ... and this happens to me a week ago. Someone could give me a solution to finish and install it on my MapSource?

Have you copied the folder in the right directory?. Read in my post for the path, then run the unlocker in it. That's all.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
