I have tried with the ZOOM File & Image Uploader and it didn't work. Upload goes to 100% but I'm not getting the download link even after 2*5 minutes waiting.
I'm also staying away from cloud storage sites with US jurisdiction if I can.

Maybe some other user makes a mirror in your taste.
