you contribute, you get the map.
you don't contribute, you can f%^k o^f.
guys like you who don't contribute nor willing to expand the map and just try to leech of others are basically the main reason they went to the contributing system.

afaik the map hasn't been sold to anyone. older version get licensed out to papago i believe
