Try suggestion above, use MAC installer 11.0; or install 11.1 direct in SD Card.
Sorry; version 11.1 not released MAC installer until today; I insist the better option is to use SD Card version!
I checked and see that zippyshare link is down; my band is overload and I may delay one or two days to reload zippyshare link, please be a little patient...; or, try 1fichier link:
