By the way during updating the map a jcv file is updated incorrectly.
Navicom's answer: JCV are cleaned completely from all maps as at the moment it is impossible to compile correctly working map with these objects. Support of JCV will be carried out only for the City Navigator maps.

I ve found a 0 bytes JCV file too and reading forums I realized it wasnt just my problem

Navicom (author of this map) does not have a new MPC (Garmin compiler) version that will be suitable for JCV. The earlier JCV files is 10 sample - only this quantity of JCV picture have allowed in old Navicom version of MPC. Because this 10 of JCV samples is in absolutely old format they was removed out of harm's way...
