Svealand and Norra Norrland with intact map tiles.
Götaland is reduced with the map tiles already existing in Svealand.
Mellersta & Södra Norrland is reduced with the map tiles already existing in Svealand or Norra Norrland.

Hi there, *.IMG files (the actual maps on your GPS) should be stored in the map <GARMIN> either on the GPS or a micro sd card.
On the Dakota 20, GPSMAP 62, Etrex 20/30 and Oregon series you can name them anyname.IMG and thus store each map in a separate file.
So if you make backups of al your maps and give them a meaningfull name you can copy them back and forth to your GPS (or micro sd) at anytime without using Mapsource ore mapinstall. When you use Javawa Device manager you can "manage" the maps when in your GPS and even make them "visible" to Basecamp with a single mouseclick.

Did you try it?
the map is not recognized in my Oregon and Javawa Device manager as "contains maps" says none

It's six months since I've compiled that map set. It worked well in BaseCamp and in all my Garmin units at that time.
Possibly I've used gimgunlock v0.01 to unlock the first uploaded set or something else happened during the first upload. There's new download links in post #12 for a version tested today and it's unlocked with gimgunlock v0.03.
