Thank you all. I managed to transfer maps to my device. They are great. Will I be able to see lane assist and with junction view on nuvi 40? Is there a way of showing them?

Thank you dasilvarsa. Managed to get it to work with pre loaded maps. I just switch between the maps to get the best of them.

Please help. I've done all of the above, patched Mapsource, says map is unlocked, but I can't actually SEE the map! Just a blank gray grid.

rename the imagefile to gmapsupp, run Garmin Image Unlock gimgunlock v0.01,no luck then try the jetmouse and gmap tool, message on screen "Cannot Authenticate Maps, please help

Is not this version, this version increased Burundi and Rwanda, post 1 have no this 2 countries

Well Catymag, is this the same map from post1 or is a newer one? Should just be unlocked, renamed and placed in Garmin folder wright?
