Perhaps as catymag said the unicode version of navteq map does have problems on 1xxx series. It is weird though because autodrive which is unicode obviously runs with no problems. I would expect these problems with the navteq map to have been solved so far by the company.

Yes, in my map Greece CN Europe NTU 2012.40 does not include the city of Athens. Sorry for this mistake.
