Thread: City Navigator North America NT 2012.40

I don't know if this is the right thread for my problem but hwere goes. After enabling all the features to my 1300LT Nuvi, LA, Speedlimiter, and JCV all worked, but after updating to 2012.40 and replacing the jcv from 3060030 to 3060050, i get LA and speedlimiter but my JCV no longer pops up. I even did a test run and it says that everything is there, even states that JCV 3060050 is working but I run the simulation a few times, and it still doesn't work. I would greatly appreciate it thanks.

Contrary to the person above me, I believe this is the right place to post your question since this is related to 2012.40 and not the adding of Lane Assist, Junction View and the Speed Limit Indicator. I have the same unit you do and the 757MB JCV file works properly here. Download the JCV file again and make sure it's placed in the proper directory on the MicroSD (X:\Garmin\JCV\). It's possible the download is corrupt.

Hi I have downloaded the file 2 times and same thing still happens, I know it's in the proper directory because it has worked before I updated to the new map, everything else except JCV is working, I don't know what i'm doing wrong here, please help. Is the 757 mb file only one I need or do I need the D3153050A.JCV also? I'll try downloading it one more time and i'll get back to you, thanks. O and do I have to have acquired satellite for installation to work?
