Is the File Factory a fraud? The free account always gives a message that;

Yesterday I then paid the $12 for thirty days. Money Bookers sent me a receipt showing that the Visa credit card payment has cleared. I still can't download any files. Answers from email to FileFactory say they are working on it. How difficult can it be to activate the account that I paid for?

after you made the payment, you should receive a log in ID and password of which you can change later on to your preference. You need to successfully log in first before downloading at unlimited.

Logging in is not a problem. I have no problem logging in. The problem is that the premium downloading is not working.

American credit card company's don't allow you to cancel recurring payments--only the vendor may cancel. It took an online request to Missouri's Attorney General's office and a subsequent letter from them to the Fileserve company to get them to stop automatically charging my credit card every month. Three (3) months of charges before it got stopped AND no refund. Maybe the guys you signed up with are better than that, one hopes.

I'm not a Bank of American fan boy, BUT. they have a great credit card system. It's called Shop Safe. You put in the amount of the charge and they give you a one time use number that cannot exceed the amount you specify.

Since I am retired in Thailand many of my Internet purchases were denied or questioned. That was a royal pain. Using Shop Safe has also eliminated that problem.

File Factory did correct my problems and then gave me an extra month. The service seems OK but very few Noeman uploaders offer that particular download service.
