The Multiupload links in Post #1 are of course dead, but the links provided by catmag in Post #3 are to the official Garmin server and all links there are working.

As Type4 is the smallest file at 944MB, it is probably the map only but i haven't dl'ed it to check.

I can now confirm that Type4 contains only the detail map & CN basemap with no other supplementary files.
