    Hi!
    Does this map work with Mapsource 6.16.3. ? Is there any new way of installing this on PC if it works with Mapsource or should I use the old tuturials?

    Hi,

    It isn't worth installing this map in Mapsource. Just copy your unlocked .img file on a SD and read it in Basecamp.
    If you want absolutly install this map in Mapsource, you'll have to use Gmaptool.

    hi, I might be daft but this does not seem to work... I am doing the unlock of the svealand.img file and put them om my "g" drive which is created as a virtual sd. but when opening basecamp and recieving from device "g" nothing happens?

    All the mirrors on the multiupload.nl site are working for me except Filefactory.com (file not found message). If you're getting a blank page at multiupload.nl, use a proxy and set it to some country other than your own.

    @catymag - could you pls. put the 3 rar files onto some more straightforward mirror like zippyshare or netload etc. where you are not swamped with dozens of strange exe files trying to sell you an subscription or push strange stuff onto you machine ,-) - would be much appreciated, thxs

    Use the torrent file linked in post n 19 : no ads at all and you can choose which file to download. A good torrent client.

    Check the image file with GMapTool to ensure the MS flag is set to Zero ('0'). If it's set to '1' it won't be visible in BC, only MS.

    Yes I was stupid. Please disregard my post. It works now. I didnt put the maps in a folder on the sd card just on root and that does not work. Put them in a folder called Garmin and it works
