After checking this file I believe that it's downloaded for a nüvi 1xxx but with altered HWID 006-B1101-00 (nüvi 3790 EU/US) in the GarminDevice.xml.

Sadly fon non Arabic speaking people, Garmin changed in D3058050A.JCV file, pictures of lane assyst, from English to Arabic.

The JCV files Language depending on the language you are using for the map, so if you use Arabic language for map, so JCV will be in Arabic, and in my Nuvi 1410, it is in Arabic since 2011.30 map, as i am using Arabic language for text ( maps ).
i hope we are talking about the same thing here ??

If I set NUVI-s to ENGLISH then it shows JCV pistures in English language, but if I set NUVI-s to German (& most likely to any other Language than English, "not yet tested") it shows JCV pictures in Arabic.......................
