I have a Nuvi 1310 and wanted to upgrade the map for UAE. Can some one point me to the right map AND guide me through the steps to do the upgrade?

In regards to Ozboss's mirror in post no5.

Would love to get the Mapsource version but I'm in Nepal and I think that Netload downloads are blocked. I can get to the download page but selecting the download link from there does nothing. Have been trying for 10 days now. Is there any possibility of having another mirror to a different site? Other sites such as Zippyshare & Filefactory work no problem.
