It's the latest City Navigator Southeast Asia NT map. Map data from May 2011.

The listing in post #1 is probably a result after removing/altering the 2 embedded unlock codes in the IMG-file.

I previously loaded the V6.5 version. I found it had omissions and errors in the map data. I now have loaded the new V7.0 and find that it is actually worse than the previous version. I have not used it on the road but checked to see if the Chonburi area (Pattaya/Jomtien) shows Highway 7 connecting to highway 3 in mid Pattaya. It does not. In Jomtien the sois are not even numbered correctly and it appears that my Nokia map has the same errors.

The ESRI Thailand V11.1 map is much better.
