As per post #6, this map is not compatible with all Garmin products. Following the link provided, you'll see nüvi 200 is not listed. I have a nüvi 200 (firmware fully up to date). Below are two screenshots taken when using this map on it:

Here comes the funny part... the nüvi 350 isn't listed on the Garmin website as a compatible device either. Yet it works fine on my nüvi 350, including address search capability:

BTW: on my nüvi 775T this map doesn't work either (I can browse it, but no address search capability and no proper display of text).

Edit: Last version that worked on all models I own was the non-Hebrew version of 2011.40.
