I always use 37xx JCV file to my 765 with full-screen because it has better picture quality
the screen is split in 37xx comes when you updated to firmware 4.10 so I do not think it has to JCV file to make

While it is for the North America, he explains the different types of Junction View / Lane Assist files that are now available for that map. I am guessing there will be a similar range for each map region.
