No ,pub transports and other features wont work in 37xx, for 37xx we need the special FID 800 version

Thanks for the map
I have a nuvi 1490T and I think that supports pedestrian mode and pub transports and other features. I do not understand this with PID 2, FID 2419, the region 1.39
I know where I'll write PID 2, FID 2149, but I'm not sure the region 1,39.
I tried in the field RgID: but can not be entered allowing just 1,3
