Try same in real simulation - not turn by turn mode! Find 2 close Junctions and try to "drive normally"...
For me: only first JV is shown.

Tested 3790 FW 4.10 with
- 2012.10 NT
and
- 2012.10 NTU.

Saw in other web site, that it is bug in FW 4.x, but GARMIN wrote that it will be fixed with new map release. Seems that nothing fixed
