Ok, JCV works perfectly with firmware 4.30 and software 5.00. Multiple junction views appear on my jailbroken nuvi 1340 KP1 LC 4GB
NOTE: I have both D2504030A.JCV and D2504040A.JCV left in the JCV directory.

It need some time to test, must leave the car driving on the route till it reaches all the junctions

No, I didn't leave it driving. I went through the simulation by touching the top right corner of the main display and selection "View junction".
The other way would take ages... but I'm pretty confident to remember it was working last time I used it.

I confirm it works. I drove 300km today with multiple junction views shown.
