If SW version above 4.60 then Nuvi 2x5 support file with maps up to 4 Gb!

The last Nuvi2xxw are the new entry level, this one don't have problems with maps >2GB, i have to try a old nuvi200 or nuvi250 because the last time i updated one with a <2GB map, maybe a new firmware is out. For the rest Zumo400 and Zumo500 serie can see maps with latest FW 4.90. Updatede a Nuvi 360 today with 1.96GB map, full one can't be used.

GARMIN

Starting with the 2011.30 version of City Navigator Europe NT, the map file size for all of Europe is now larger than 2GB in size. The following is a list of Garmin's older model unit's that support a SD Card larger than 4GB but are not able to use a Map file that is larger than 2GB.
nuvi 300 Series
nuvi 600 Series
nuvi 5000
StreetPilot c500 Series
These units will not be able to use the following products:
Full Coverage City Navigator Europe pre-programmed card
Full Coverage City Navigator Europe Download
Full Coverage City Navigator Europe Map Update
A map file larger than 2GB loaded from MapSource or MapInstall

I've downloaded the City Navigator Europe NT 2012.10.part01.rar and others parts mentioned in the first post. I'm using JetMouse and the patched Mapsource.

The central Paris, around the POI of the city, has no details. Does anyone have the same problem?

Software is usual from garmin.com. I am forgot from which version SW 2xx support for 4Gb map is began. A long time ago it happened. But all devices from series 2xx support 4Gb map and customs voice today. Last version on site is 4.00 for 2xxW and 5.00 for 2xx.
